PAYMENTS

We accept PAYPAL as our only form of payment. It is safe and easy to pay with your credit or debit card online through Paypal; You DO NOT have to sign up for an account with Paypal to purchase on Sassy Chic Shop.

SHIPPING CHARGES & TIMES

We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders. Free Shipping on order over $35.

Most items are sent via USPS, however, some items may ship via UPS so if you are shipping to a P.O. Box please ask first. Most items shipped via UPS are shipping from the manufacturer.

Processing time for orders is 48 hours for most items. In stock items are shipped within this time frame. Certain items may take 2 weeks for shipping as they come from the manufacturer. This will be noted in the item listing.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for items damaged in transit only. Please inspect the item(s) within 48 hours of receipt. Photo proof of damage is required before refund. NO REFUNDS AFTER 14 DAYS! I will work with you to ensure a successful transaction for us both.

Sales tax of 4% is collected from Louisiana residents.
